This is a hands-on traditional farming activity where our recreation attendant will explain and guide you through the process of Subak. • Bali Tempo Doeloe - 1 hour A relaxing and educative documentary session about Balinese culture, tradition and way of life in a vintage style that brings you back to 1920s. • Balinese Craft Demo - 30 minutes Learn how to make Balinese Art and Balinese Offering “Canang Sari” made from coconut leaves. This class will help you understand deeper about the purpose of each Balinese offering and its craft. • Balinese Culture Talk - 1 hour An informative session to learn about the daily life of the Balinese community. This session will allow you to enrich your knowledge about Balinese religion, Balinese community and traditional irrigation system which is well known as Subak. A brief explanation about the biggest Balinese festival and ceremony will also be revealed. • Rice Pounding - 1 hour In the early 20’s, the Balinese farmer gets the white rice using a traditional equipment known as Lesung - a wooden tub used to pound rice. Experience the unique way of how the Balinese prepared their rice – the primary food in Bali. • Balinese Plants Studies - 1 hour A celebration of tropical flora, our green lush landscape is located overlooking to the sacred Ayung River. Discover a dazzling array of tropical plants and trees that were chosen as medicinal plants and others is simply beautiful for decoration and important as part of Balinese culture • Sawah Walk - 1 hour A refreshing walk through the rice field to experience the captivating Kedewatan Village and the beauty of traditional irrigation system – Subak and the life of local farmers. • Village Walk - 1 hour Enjoy a village walk by observing the real Balinese way of living along Kedewatan village. You will learn the Balinese house compounds and its purpose in each direction. • Jamu Making Demo - 30 minutes Jamu are traditional remedies, offering a unique healing approach using local herbs, spices and other ingredients to purify. Sample the drinks and take home the healing recipes. • Aqua Aerobic - 45 Minutes Swim and Sweat! If you are looking for low impact, varying in intensity, fun fitness pool exercise then this is for you. They are a great way to get in shape, while enjoying the social aspect of working out in a class. This helps to improve physical and mental health and fun way to exercise. The training will allows you to try back home. • Stretch Class - 30 Minutes Low intensity stretching warms up your body and increase flexibility. A great start before a cardio work out. However, please find below some of the most popular ones. • Volkswagen Vintage Tour Enjoy an unwinding journey in a classic VW 181convertible as we drive along the incredibly beautiful country side, visiting the famous Tegalalang rice field as the icon of agriculture tourism for Bali and Ubud., visiting Tirta Empul water temple and the historical Gunung kawi ruins. A lunch picnic pit-stop along the way completes the ultimate vintage experience. The tour activity takes approximately 4 hours and the price is at IDR 1,500,000 plus 21% taxes and services per person. • Mount Batur Ascent Mount Batur Trekking is one of the most unforgettable experiences during your visit to Bali. Enjoy the unforgettable sunrise at one of Bali’s sacred volcanoes, Mount Batur located in Batur village. Our recreation team will accompany you during the journey from Mandapa to the top of Mount Batur. This journey starts at 02:30AM from Mandapa as we need to reach the sunrise around 05:30AM. We will prepare the breakfast box for you as well. The price is at IDR 1,750,000 subject to 21% taxes and services per person. Minimum participant is 2 persons. • Campuhan Walk Experience a wonderful free and easy nature trek, from a popular site to the central highland town of Ubud.
